Founder & Managing Principal
Sal Vergara is the Founder and Managing Principal of 3PT, where he and his team design and deliver fully immersive, interactive Career Development Workshops to help active-duty service members and veterans successfully transition to civilian life. He collaborates with the Dallas Cowboys Public & Community Relations team on their Salute to Service community initiatives and serves as a Professional and Career Advisor for the national nonprofit Merging Vets and Players. With over 30 years of experience, Sal is an accomplished sales and strategic business executive with deep expertise in HR technology, workforce solutions, and ecosystem engagement. He currently serves as Senior Director of Sales at Flexspring, championing HR data integration solutions that streamline and optimize complex organizational workflows. He has also held executive leadership roles at multiple HR consulting and technology firms, including Vice President of Channel Partnerships, Vice President of Client Development, and VP/Managing Director. Across these roles, Sal blends technology, talent strategy, and partnership development to deliver measurable impact for organizations and the people they serve.

Managing Director
Kenna Spencer serves as Managing Director of 3PT Career Development Workshop, where she leads operations, partnerships, and program execution to ensure each workshop delivers a high-impact, seamless experience for participants, speakers, and sponsors alike. She works closely with internal and external stakeholders to translate 3PT’s mission into thoughtfully designed, well-coordinated events. Prior to 3PT, Kenna spent her career serving as the operational backbone for teams across the mortgage and human resources industries. This experience shaped her people-centered, pragmatic approach and her ability to anticipate needs, manage complexity, and keep initiatives moving forward behind the scenes. Kenna’s connection to this work is also personal - she’s the daughter of an Air Force veteran and has several family members who served in the U.S. military. This perspective deepens her commitment to creating supportive, respectful environments for those navigating life and career transitions. Through her role at 3PT, she focuses on building the operational foundation that allows meaningful conversations, connections, and outcomes to take place.
Dan Allinger, PCC, MNLP
Dan Allinger, PCC, MNLP, is a former U.S. Air Force investigator and global Chief Human Resource Officer with extensive experience aligning leaders and teams to drive measurable, sustainable outcomes across complex, multicultural organizations. An operations-focused executive and certified ICF PCC executive and team coach, MIT Neuroscience for Business alumnus, Master NLP Practitioner, and Agile Coach, Dan has led teams in over 90 countries across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. He also serves as a board member and partner in the parent company of Great Place to Work – UK and Africa.
Lakeydra Houston
Lakeydra Houston is an award-winning social justice leader and U.S. Air Force veteran committed to uplifting marginalized communities and advancing grassroots policy change at the state and federal levels. Certified in ASSIST, victim advocacy, and resiliency training, she brings over a decade of experience in sexual assault and domestic violence prevention, mental health advocacy, and supporting unhoused veterans with employment and resources. Lakeydra collaborates with organizations including the Texas Association Against Sexual Assault, the National Organization for Victim Advocacy, and the National Crime Victim Law Institute, and serves as National Outreach Coordinator for The Pink Berets. A sought-after speaker, she has appeared with the Dallas Cowboys Salute to Service, Dateline NBC, and national military and advocacy forums. Her work is driven by lived experience and a mission to prevent violence, reduce suicide, strengthen veteran wellness, and empower communities.
Ryann Barham
Ryann Barham is a recent Oklahoma State University Marketing and Entrepreneurship graduate with a creative background in photography and social media management. Over the past few years, Ryann has worked with OSU colleges, student organizations, and local small businesses to create content, grow their online presence, and bring ideas to life by capturing moments through photography.

Technical Sergeant (Ret.) Troy Cottle
Technical Sergeant (Ret.) Troy Cottle is a retired United States Air Force veteran who proudly served his country for 20 years. During his military career, he contributed to the implementation of the Department of Defense's Composition Health Care System (CHCS), helping support a major advancement in military healthcare.
After retiring from the Air Force, Troy transitioned into the field of cybersecurity, where he continues to serve with the same dedication and professionalism that defined his military career. He currently works for RTX and remains committed to supporting veteran organizations, community initiatives, and other worthy causes.

U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 3 (Ret.) Rosa A. Harvey
U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 3 (Ret.) Rosa A. Harvey is a veteran program manager and nonprofit leader with more than 20 years of leadership experience in military, nonprofit, and community organizations. She brings expertise in strategic planning, program management, partnership development, and organizational leadership, with a strong commitment to serving veterans and strengthening communities.
Throughout her career, Rosa has led initiatives that expanded community partnerships, enhanced veteran support programs, and created meaningful organizational impact. She also serves as a Peer Support Volunteer for Project Odyssey, a mental health retreat program through the Wounded Warrior Project, mentoring veterans and helping foster connection, resilience, and personal growth.
As an entrepreneur and community advocate, Rosa combines operational expertise with a collaborative, mission-driven approach. She is passionate about helping organizations strengthen leadership, build sustainable programs, and create lasting positive change.

Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.) Junior Ortiz
Lt. Col. (Ret.) Junior Ortiz is a retired U.S. Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel, veteran of four wars, and former Acting Assistant Secretary of Labor for Veterans' Employment. With more than 40 years of leadership experience across the military, government, corporate, nonprofit, and higher education sectors, he has dedicated his career to advancing veteran employment, leadership development, and community impact.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ortiz has held senior executive roles in government and the private sector, leading initiatives in public policy, workforce development, strategic partnerships, marketing, and organizational leadership. Colin Young brings a unique combination of elite athletic experience and financial expertise to everything he does. A graduate of Fordham University, Colin was drafted and played professionally in both the Colorado Rockies and Boston Red Sox organizations before transitioning into coaching at the MLB level with the San Diego Padres.
The discipline and competitive drive that defined his baseball career now fuel his work as a Private Client Insurance Broker with Epic Insurance Brokers. Over the past 12 years, Colin has built a reputation for delivering personalized, high-touch service to discerning clients, helping them protect what matters most with the same focus and preparation he brought to the field.
