Sal Vergara
Founder & Managing Principal
Sal Vergara is the Founder and Managing Principal of 3PT, where he and his team design and deliver fully immersive, interactive Career Development Workshops to help active-duty service members and veterans successfully transition to civilian life. He collaborates with the Dallas Cowboys Public & Community Relations team on their Salute to Service community initiatives and serves as a Professional and Career Advisor for the national nonprofit Merging Vets and Players. With over 30 years of experience, Sal is an accomplished sales and strategic business executive with deep expertise in HR technology, workforce solutions, and ecosystem engagement. He currently serves as Senior Director of Sales at Flexspring, championing HR data integration solutions that streamline and optimize complex organizational workflows. He has also held executive leadership roles at multiple HR consulting and technology firms, including Vice President of Channel Partnerships, Vice President of Client Development, and VP/Managing Director. Across these roles, Sal blends technology, talent strategy, and partnership development to deliver measurable impact for organizations and the people they serve.

Managing Director
Kenna Spencer serves as Managing Director of 3PT Career Development Workshop, where she leads operations, partnerships, and program execution to ensure each workshop delivers a high-impact, seamless experience for participants, speakers, and sponsors alike. She works closely with internal and external stakeholders to translate 3PT’s mission into thoughtfully designed, well-coordinated events. Prior to 3PT, Kenna spent her career serving as the operational backbone for teams across the mortgage and human resources industries. This experience shaped her people-centered, pragmatic approach and her ability to anticipate needs, manage complexity, and keep initiatives moving forward behind the scenes. Kenna’s connection to this work is also personal - she’s the daughter of an Air Force veteran and has several family members who served in the U.S. military. This perspective deepens her commitment to creating supportive, respectful environments for those navigating life and career transitions. Through her role at 3PT, she focuses on building the operational foundation that allows meaningful conversations, connections, and outcomes to take place.
Dan Allinger, PCC, MNLP
Dan Allinger, PCC, MNLP, is a former U.S. Air Force investigator and global Chief Human Resource Officer with extensive experience aligning leaders and teams to drive measurable, sustainable outcomes across complex, multicultural organizations. An operations-focused executive and certified ICF PCC executive and team coach, MIT Neuroscience for Business alumnus, Master NLP Practitioner, and Agile Coach, Dan has led teams in over 90 countries across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. He also serves as a board member and partner in the parent company of Great Place to Work – UK and Africa.
Lakeydra Houston
Lakeydra Houston is an award-winning social justice leader and U.S. Air Force veteran committed to uplifting marginalized communities and advancing grassroots policy change at the state and federal levels. Certified in ASSIST, victim advocacy, and resiliency training, she brings over a decade of experience in sexual assault and domestic violence prevention, mental health advocacy, and supporting unhoused veterans with employment and resources. Lakeydra collaborates with organizations including the Texas Association Against Sexual Assault, the National Organization for Victim Advocacy, and the National Crime Victim Law Institute, and serves as National Outreach Coordinator for The Pink Berets. A sought-after speaker, she has appeared with the Dallas Cowboys Salute to Service, Dateline NBC, and national military and advocacy forums. Her work is driven by lived experience and a mission to prevent violence, reduce suicide, strengthen veteran wellness, and empower communities.
Glenda Cottle
Glenda Cottle (aka FlowertheSpaceAlien) has over 30 years of experience and is a seasoned event photographer specializing in nonprofit and community-centered work. She is the official photographer for 3PT and has partnered with mission-driven organizations including Merging Vets and Players, the Frontiers of Flight Museum, local theatre groups, and multiple independent film festivals. Her portfolio also includes Dallas Cowboys–sponsored charity events and photographing the President of Kosovo during an official state visit to Texas. Known for professionalism, discretion, and authentic visual storytelling, Glenda is currently working on a documentary project with Pullover Films. She is the proud spouse of an Air Force veteran.
Troy Cottle
Troy Cottle is an Air Force veteran and cybersecurity professional who provides operational support for Glenda across all photography sessions, offering valuable insight and guidance shaped by his military experience. He also plays a critical role in ensuring Sal doesn’t get lost somewhere deep in the belly of AT&T Stadium.
